Every year at Thanksgiving time I grab the cranberries. We just past Easter and I am down to seven bags!!! I use them a lot. This year I will snag about 20-25 bags and freeze them because I can't get them any other time of year. I have looked for the frozen but cannot find them so I will freeze them myself and have them on hand. I make a cranberry jello salad that everybody loves. I always hear, I don't like cranberries but when they eat that, they always want more. I want to experiment with more recipes using cranberries....love them.
