This cake looks amazing! I was wondering, can I also make it using tart cherries since both cranberries and cherries are very tart? Do I need to adjust the sugar at all? Thanks! I'd think you'd want to ratchet the sugar down, unless tart cherries are just as sour as cranberries. Since I've never had fresh tart cherries, you'll have to play this by ear... but the experimenting sounds delicious! PJH
