You're welcome to try using milk in place of the water in this recipe if you like, Lance. The final breads will be slightly more tender than they would be otherwise. If you'd like to use yogurt in your flatbread, then you might want to consider using a recipe like our Grilled Naan. The yogurt makes the flatbreads super tender and delicious. Happy baking! Kye@KAF
