I definitely want to try this as I have leftover pumpkin from last year to get out of the freezer and my husband brought home bananas today from our coop. Yeah...how fortuitous. I do have a tip to share. I freeze leftover bananas and then I do not have to mash them. I just cut the tip off and gently squeeze into a measuring cup. Thanks for the great recipe.
