Thanks so much for the suggestions PJ. It is a delicious loaf of bread! Incredibly moist and I do not think anyone would be able to detect it was made with whole wheat flour versus all purpose. I will try your suggestions for a prettier loaf, but it is already a winner on taste alone. Glad to hear it tasted good - maybe beauty is only crust-deep! :) PJH
