I made this on Sunday. It was the perfect recipe to come along, since I had canned pumpkin and a banana needing to be used. And 100% whole wheat flour? Icing. ;) It's such a moist, dense, flavorful loaf (and yes, I let it rest overnight). Thanks for the great recipe! Kara It's always great to have another way to use up that last lone banana, isn't it :) ~ MaryJane
