Holy Sweet Potato Momma!! MJ you have done it again. If it weren't 10:15 on a Saturday night, I'd be on my way to the store for some sweet potatoes. I have been trying the butter and business fold with my biscuits many times for many years, but with very poor results. Alas..... it's in the freezing!! Thank you. again, MJ! I was on the right track, just going to the wrong city. I can't wait to make these Sweet Potato Biscuit Bars and to try the same butter, fold, freeze technique on my reqular buttermilk biscuits.
