Made them for breakfast with leftover sweet potatoes. Used Ap flour and bakewell cream vs the self rising flour. They were light and flaky and really tasty without the glaze. Another great receipe from MJ Tks. Glad you enjoyed them. I have a huge sweet potato just waiting to be baked to make these again. ~ MaryJane
