Just about any yeast bread can be mixed in the machine. Select the Dough cycle, and put all of the dough ingredients into the machine in the order listed. Hit start, check the dough about 5 minutes after it starts kneading. You should be able to touch it and have your finger come back clean, and the dough should feel soft. Add liquid or flour a tablespoon at a time (but only if the dough feels very tight or very sticky). Let the machine finish its cycle, then shape the dough as the recipe directs, fill, and bake according to the recipe. Susan
