I just baked this recipe. The recipe works perfectly except that here in the high altitude Rockies, the dough rose very quickly. I have edited my copy of the recipe to accommodate the shorter rise time. The little buns are very soft and very fragrant. I may increase the lemon for taste. There is just a hint of lemon - I like a little more. The recipe was easy to follow and came together quickly. Another King Arthur recipe that worked the first time! I used the Gold SAF and the dough rose very quickly and doubled each time.
