I know the Sally Lunn is from Bath, England. I was the Head Baker for Colonial Williamsburg and we made the Sally Lunn Bread that was approved by Lord Overton of Bath. He came to Colonial Williamsburg to see how we made the bread to give us approval. This was about 1996/98. Lord Overton is the person that owns the Sally Lunn Bakery in Bath. The Original oven used by Sally Lunn is still in the basement of the building working at that time.
