I'm confused about the yields in the recipe. You say it makes (24) 70g buns, but adding the weights of all the ingredients together presented in the recipe seems to come to around 850g, divided by 24 calculates to around 35g each. Am I missing something? It seems like the posted yield is double what the recipe provides.
