OH, I wish I had seen this blog before mixing up the Sally Lunn recipe in the King Arthur 200th Anniversary Cookbook. Not that I expect a bad result from that recipe of course. But here, there's 1/3 less flour, more butter and more yeast which tells me it will yield the high and light buns I was after. It's okay, another Sally Lunn recipe to try next time. Well, I've just mixed the dough, so there's still rising, dropping into the muffin tin and rising again before I'll know the how the recipe bakes up. Delicious I'm sure. :-)
