I found two ways to make self-ring flour from KAF Lon this St. Louis idols pizza page. *No self-rising flour? Substitute 2 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour; add 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt, and increase the water to 1/2 cup. The Baker's Hotline December 29, 2013 at 10:46 am For one cup of self-rising flour, please add 1 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt to 1 cup of all-purpose flour. ~Jaydl@KAF Which is it?
