I just made this bread yesterday and it is more than wonderful. What a great recipe to use all the zucchini from the garden. One comment that I would like to make however, is the size of the baking pan in the directions. I tried to use the recommended size but my instincts told me that it was going to overflow. So, I transferred it to my regular bread pan and it came out perfect. I can't decide if this is a dessert or just a wonderful bread for breakfast. As always, KA is the Best. Aw, thanks, Larry! PJH
