Just wondering if this would work with KA Gluten Free Flour. We don't have a gluten-free version, sorry. To try a conversion, the general guide is to use 1/2 teaspoon of Xanthan Gum for every 1 cup of g-f flour. Good Luck. Frank @ KAF.
