In India we call these Bhaturas...the dough is soft enough to be rolled resulting in a soft fully puffed up bread that’s fried to a golden brown. It is almost always eaten with chickpea curry. Can be made with yeast or baking powder and instead of water we use yogurt to knead the dough for a more flavourful bread.
