Hi Cathy, this will likely take a bit of tweaking, but we'd recommend trying an extra egg white and substituting bread flour for the all-purpose flour. You may also find that increasing the baking temperature to 375F helps set the cookie structure earlier. Baking time will likely vary a bit from the original recipe.
