Can these be made to the stage where they are rolled in the sugar, and then frozen to bake later? If so, what do I do different at the baking stage? Sure - I'd let them thaw for 30 minutes or so on the pan, then bake - you may need to add a minute or so to the baking time. Bake ONE first, to make sure you get it right - then continue with the others. PJH
