Hi PJ. Nice blog and bun recipe. I've been looking up recipes. As a 61 year resident of Chicago I can tell you that it must be a Vienna dog, most assuredly not Oscar Mayer. And it’s a sacrilege to put ketchup on a Chicago style hot dog. You can make a garbage dog and put whatever you want on it, I guess. :-) You can get a Chicago hot dog kit from Vienna.
