Wow. Just finished two of these for dinner. I've never had a Chicago hot dog so I can't judge the authenticity, but I can judge the absolute deliciousness! The rolls were out of this world. Thank you so much for the clear, easy to follow directions. And thanks for sharing your enthusiasm here. Glad you liked the hotdogs! PJH
