Great blog as usual, PJ, and I loved the pictures showing the gradual, architectural building of ingredients on the hot dog. Now: would you be prepared to storm another citadel, Italian Beef, with an appropriate bread to eat it with? Sure, I'd love to storm the Italian Beef citadel! Do you have any particular sources in mind? I've never had it, don't know what it is, so need somewhere to start... PJH
