Looks great! definitely something I need to try on a BBQ evening with my friends... I live quite far from Chicago (and honestly, no early plans to visit the city, would love to, though!). However Copenhagen is also quite known for the hotdog carts in the streets, that are all year round. They are of course, European size (meaning like 3 times smaller) but full of crunchy onion that I love!!!
