Hi,
With par-baking, bake your loaves about 75-80% of the baking time listed, until they are just beginning to brown up.  Cool completely, wrap airtight and store in the freezer for up to 4 weeks.  Thaw on the counter while you preheat your oven to the original temperature and then place the loaf in the oven to finish baking to 205-210F internally.
