WW June 27, 2021 at 8:39pm I’ve made this recipe twice now and each time the texture of the bread is wrong. I didn’t get the holes I expected and it was not a chewy sourdough. I’m at 7200 ft in altitude. Could that be the problem? Is my dough too dry? Help! Reply
