You're certainly welcome to add some yeast if you'd like, Sahari! It would be just fine to add the additional yeast at the same time as the salt and remaining flour. While salt can damage yeast cells, you'd have to mix the two directly together and leave them in that state for a while for damage to be done. In this situation adding the two at the same time shouldn't cause any problems at all. We hope this helps and happy baking!
