I made this for first time yesterday. Tried kneading in Pro KitchenAid mixer and dough was so heavy that it never fully kneaded. Can it be divided in half, kneaded and put bak together in one ball? How long should one knead and at what speed in the mixer.. Dough rose beautifully but texture after baking did not have as many holes and was a little spongy. Any tips?
