This recipe is an absolute gem. The taste of the result is just incredible, like the bread one hopes to find at all times.
Just one note: I am having some issue making the bottom of the loaf very crusty. The top comes out perfect in that regard, but not the bottom. Is there a special technique you can share to fix that?
