This blog was so helpful! Thanks to your information, I planted my own flag on Mt. Everest last night! Another blog that helped me decide how to bake my loaves is titled, "Baking in a Cold Dutch Oven." I don't own a clay or cast iron DO, and figured it would be safer bake from cold to done.
