Hi Elena! The bake time will likely be similar to that of our Chewy Italian Rolls recipe: approximately 13 to 15 minutes. This could vary of course on how quickly your oven comes back to temp after the door has been re-closed, so it's a good idea to start checking through the window around the 9-minute mark. If you find they're darkening quickly but don't have that hollow baked noise when you knock on the bottom, you can cover them with foil and continue put them back in the oven. Happy baking!
