First things first: you're doing great! Don't panic. Now onto other things: it sounds like you added a little too much flour, which is a SUPER common error for beginners. Luckily, your dough is still soft, so you're not going to end up with a hard lump. What you'll probably find is that your dough rises a little less than you might expect, and tastes a little more mild. But it will still be edible and give you a starting point to reference in the future. When you immediately know the difference between too much flour to rise correctly, too little flour to be kneaded, and just right, you'll be perfectly situated to make tasty loaves in all kinds of situations and weather.
