Hi Francine. Most recipes using discard aren't bread since usually, sourdough starter is in bread raise it and discarded starter only lends flavor, but we do have a few options that include yeast and will work beautifully. Clay's Multigrain Sourdough Sandwich Bread, Whole Wheat and Rye Sourdough, and Baker's Grain Sourdough Bread are some great recipes to start with. Annabelle@KAF
