Oh, also, I wanted to mention that I only have a large toaster oven here, so I can only really bake one loaf of bread at a time, which forces me to half a lot of recipes. Is there any way to freeze some bread dough, and if so, at what stage of the kneading and rising process? I know I can always freeze a baked loaf, but I have a 2-month-old, and sometimes it's hard to find time to bake one loaf, much less two! :) Also, I have to say, I really miss being able to go to the grocery store and buy King Arthur unbleached all-purpose flour! :( You guys are great, and have definitely earned my trust and business. When we're back in the US, I think I will make it a point to only buy King Arthur. :)
