I got a late start this morning (day 2) and realized I won't have time to bake my loaves later tonight... So that leaves me with a few questions: 1. Should I shape them into loaves and put them in the fridge and bake tomorrow morning? - If yes, do I let them come up to room temperature before baking? 2. Or should I shape them tomorrow and let them puff up and then bake?
