Havarah, you can certainly bake your sourdough bread in a loaf pan or baguette pan. Grease your loaf pan well and bake the bread at a little lower temperature (375-400) so the top of the loaf doesn't brown too much before the interior is baked. Baking time should be about 35-45 minutes, but check early and then reset your timer. If you have a metal baguette pan with holes in it, you can keep the baking temperature the same.
