i have now made 3 loaves of the sourdough bread. The last two are just gorgeous and have the most wonderful texture . My problem is none of my loaves have that tangy sourdough taste I'm trying for. My starter is aggressive and lovingly tended.... Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
