Lots of variables in that question, Judy. Depends on your definition of "turn out well:" how slack the dough was; how it was wrapped and frozen; how hot your oven is... I'd say give it a try, recording what you do. If it's good, then simply put a check mark next to your data; if it's not, write down what was wrong, and see if you can correct it next time.
