OOOooopps! I added the 2 Cups of flour, sugar and salt BEFORE the 12 hour rise in the fridge. I missed that line. Did I kill it? It's going in the fridge while awaiting the bad news. Grumble, grumble...I should learn to read... I'll bet it'll be just fine, Dale - the rising times might be thrown off a bit, but persevere - I'm guessing you'll end up with a good loaf of bread in the end. PJH
