We just got off a Viking cruise that had the most incredible breads, including ciabatta rolls at almost every meal. I asked and they did have a steam-injection oven. I knew I could find a recipe here, so I can't wait to try them but I have a question about using the cast iron frying pan for the steam. Won't it cause it to rust?
