I want to try this recipe tomorrow night. I have a very small (opened) amount of instant yeast on hand. Can I start it with the instant yeast, and then the next day, add active dry yeast? Would the instructions change? Or should I swap it, and use the active dry yeast for the overnight rise, and then use up my instant yeast the next day? Would the process change?
