These were fun to make and they tasted great. They didn't rise much though. They're closer to pizza shaped than I'd hoped. I'm a beginner at this. I mixed and kneaded by hand using a flat / stiff silicon spatula. The was shiny and elastic, and quite slack. It rose well, but I couldn't handle the dough. I used my spatula to cut and form the rolls.
I'll form a stiffer dough next time and cut back on the salt a bit too.
