I use my sourdough starter. The night before I put one cup of my starter in a bowl and add the 1-12 cups flour and 1 cup water. In the morning I take out a cup for my container and use the rest for the recipe. Made some today. Can I post a picture? I don't do the dimples. I also find 12 are too large. I make 16.
