If you don't have a mixer with a paddle or a bread machine can you do the step where you mix the dough by hand or with regular mixer beaters? Thanks! Jeannine, try your regular mixer beaters. You might want to make half the recipe, as this will be a challenge for a hand mixer. It'll also be a challenge for you, as the dough is extremely sticky (which is why you really don't want to attempt to mix it by hand, either). Good luck! PJH
