Making these now.. they're on their second rise and everything's going wonderfully! I do have a question.. Since there are only two of us, I froze half of the dough after the first rise, and used the other half to make 6 rolls. Do you anticipate the frozen dough will thaw well? Thaw the dough overnight in the fridge. It will hold in the freezer for 3 weeks. Frank @ KAF.
