These look amazing - I adore ciabatta. How would you adapt this using regular yeast? Alysha, regular yeast is so similar to instant yeast these days, you can go ahead and use it the same way. You might want to dissolve the active dry yeast in warm water fist, but other than that - use the same amount, you should be fine. Enjoy - PJH
