Looks scrumtuous. But I see that when the rolls begin to rise, they are filled with several dents on the top, which seem to remain after it's all over. Is this the nature of the dough, or is it fingers making dents? Those would be from fingers. This step is described about half way through the blog post. Frank @ KAF.
