I'm quite late to this party, but I just wanted to add that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this cake! Fantastic crumb, lovely crunchy crust, great flavor. I used a 10" x 4" pan, and it worked great, I even got a decent photo for my blog: www.babettebakes.com. Thanks KA! Thanks for sharing - beautiful grain! PJH
