Nobody seemed to notice that you mentioned 2 times 1 tsp of baking powder. I only put the baking powder once with the butter, sugar and cream cheese. Usually though it is added with the flour...does it change anything? Thanks! Thanks, I fixed that – sharp eyes! I've added baking powder both at the beginning, and later with the flour; and this is actually a subject we've discussed in the test kitchen. We agree it doesn't seem to make any difference, so either way is fine. PJH
