This looks amazing and really want to try it, but I have celiac. Will the amount of flour be the same using your Gluten Free flour blend? We don't suggest you try this recipe simply substituting the GF flour blend; there are too many other variables at play. How about trying our Gluten-Free Yellow Cake recipe instead? PJH
