Hi Ankita. We'd recommend the cake from our Lemon Cloud Cake recipe. If you don't make the lemon filling, it'll just be a delicious vanilla cake that you could add fruit to or whatever kind of glaze or frosting you like. If you add dried fruit, we'd recommend chopping it very small, to about the size of peas, and dusting them with a little flour so they don't clump together. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
